ok the only big event i remember about eve (i never played) is that a single guy convinced alot of to group up and all of em ended up getting scammed, i think it was like millions of people
George Washington has a backdoor into the New World server, and gave himself OP status. This wasn't known until 1776, when he gathered the then only 13 groups together to unite against the Europe server, under the name United States. During this time, he griefed hundreds of player bases, using world edit to replace their bases with map art of the new groups symbol. Spawn and it's surrounding chunks were replaced with empty chunks, keeping any new players from the Europe server from setting up a counter offensive
"War is the business that kept this server alive." I feel like I'm watching an archive of forbidden information. Despite never playing on 2B2T, it's heart-breaking seeing the corruption that almost led to the server completely failing, especially since it's from a man who actually went through it!

@@kylemontalban4496 the plot thickens. Was it the same person that hacked himself godmode? Why Popbob out of all places? If he was indeed hacked, that means the hacker was one of them, because how could he have known that this bed had to placed in the exact position at this exact time?
Did someone realise as well that basically the reaction fit gave to the rushers was a major factor of why the server regulars began playing again? Who knows what the server wouldve shaped like if there were only the rushers left? It would have been like a completely new community.
That is what happened though. 2b2t is completely unrecognisable from its pre-2016 self, and its pretty easy to say that 2b2t is now dominated completely by Rusher/CZcams culture. Remember that at the end of the day even though Rusher himself left, his fans did not, for all intents and purposes Rusher did win the war because pretty much all of the 2b2t playerbase are people who found it on CZcams. Even most of the older people follow CZcams culture now.
Yeah, while he does play some of it up for drama, you gotta respect his skill at retelling events in an entertaining way that allows people to have insight on one of the most unique Minecraft servers in history
I watched this video almost 2 years ago, still holds up as a very interesting and entertaining video to watch, the way Fit is storytelling just doesn't get old.
This has to be one of the greatest pieces of digital history ever assembled. I've been totally hooked on FitMC and all the 2b2t videos but honestly this one is the most important one of all. The scandal and deceit and the incredible come back that took place in the wake of all that corruption. Watching Fits historical accounts of 2b2t have piqued my interest, absolutely. It makes me want to try out playing on the server some day. What you've created here, sir, is beyond comparison. Everything down to the vocal delivery is so on point it's impossible not to want more. Rusher may have saved 2b but FitMC is the unspoken king. Last man standing at one point, king of the hill. An absolute legend. I know this one is like 4 years old and there's a strong possibility you'll never see this but thank you for creating this and to everyone who has kept 2b2t alive all these years.

I’ve never played on 2b2t or any anarchy servers. I’m a Lego collector and love building. A new guy at my work told me about Minecraft and described it as a building with unlimited blocks. So I bought the game for PS3 and later PS4 and have enjoyed building ever since. A couple weeks back I stumbled across one of your videos and was amazed. I can’t believe the history and storytelling you cover in your videos. It’s truly fascinating even for a non-player like myself. I decided to comment today because this video knocked my socks off. I think I can speak for most of us when i say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for keeping this server alive. Because of you I've been able to have so many memories that I don't think I ever would've had if you all hadn't stepped up to the plate.

I think I know why that strange message appeared on the website. My theory is that iTristan develops plugins for Housemaster, eventually iTristan put malicious code into the 2b2t website causing him to gain ROOT ACCESS, which include EDITING THE WEBSITE ITSELF.
2b2t has much better lore and history than any fictional books and anime like wow, I would watch a TV series or movies made on it like wow it's so entertaining

What I think is mindblowing is the fact that you stuck to the roleplay even after your base was griefed by Tristan. While he did it in a state of power, that was still part of the "anarchy" of the server. You stuck to that mindset and I respect that. Great video. Truly amazing.

I just recently stumbled upon this channel and heard a lot of this server’s history. I have to say that iTristan seems to be the source of like every problem with this server and most, if not all, of the toxicity could probably be traced back to him in some way. It’s kinda like how Hollywood has the Kevin Bacon rule 2b2t has the iTristan rule when it comes to toxicity. While it makes for a good story in hindsight he’s one of the worst players to ever have on your server bc he’ll ruin it for everyone else. This story is a good example of exactly that.

honestly the greatest twist in this entire video is popbob coming in at the last bed location and slapping a bed in place.

I think I know why that strange message appeared on the website. My theory is that iTristan develops plugins for Housemaster, eventually iTristan put malicious code into the 2b2t website causing him to gain ROOT ACCESS, which include EDITING THE WEBSITE ITSELF.

What I think is mindblowing is the fact that you stuck to the roleplay even after your base was griefed by Tristan. While he did it in a state of power, that was still part of the "anarchy" of the server. You stuck to that mindset and I respect that. Great video. Truly amazing.

I just recently stumbled upon this channel and heard a lot of this server’s history. I have to say that iTristan seems to be the source of like every problem with this server and most, if not all, of the toxicity could probably be traced back to him in some way. It’s kinda like how Hollywood has the Kevin Bacon rule 2b2t has the iTristan rule when it comes to toxicity. While it makes for a good story in hindsight he’s one of the worst players to ever have on your server bc he’ll ruin it for everyone else. This story is a good example of exactly that.
