My All Star board just arrived. I have a 10k competition in June, I'm definitely following your videos for my training. I can only paddle for 2 or 3 times a week for job reasons but I do have a rowing machine at home and a mini gym so I hope that will help me get a decent result at the competition.
The majority of ur stroke is behind u...thought that was a no no according to a previous video. U b learning good. Seems like a good goal. For the gear i have 6.7 mph is a pipe dream
It's hard to see in this video with the 360 camera I'm using but I'm actually exiting my stroke at my heels. This is usually where I exit on longer strokes and then more towards my toes on shorter strokes for sprints. Thanks for keeping me in check though. Always wanting to improve myself as I'm not perfect either haha. Good luck on your goal as well! 💪

Why don’t u use a hard board?
Still waiting for my hard race board to arrive later this year. So, for now I’ll be using my Allstar Airline. 😁
