Spaghetti alla carbonara: true to the original recipe, in a creamy sauce with guanciale

  • I used three different types of cheese in this video: Pecorino cheese, Parmesan and Grana Panado. Because the Pecorino cheese and the Guanciale meat are very SALTY, I did not add any further salt, and I used more Grana Panado than Pecorino cheese.
    I used cured ham also as it is cheaper than guanciale!
    You will need spaghetti N°7, 3 egg yokes and a basil leaf (for decoration).
