Do you know the clockspring part number by any chance?
Did the replacement you got on ebay was shipped from China or the US?
How is it working so far?

I don't know the part number off hand, but I got mine from Ebay. There are two different ones available and that's what can mess you up. If you have the traction control button on the dash, then you need a clock spring with that feature(much more expensive), if not then the 25 dollar one will work for you. If you get one from the junk yard, you can use them from the nitro, 200, avenger and jeep patriot.

Hi, I have the same problem, sometimes when it rains the whole system is activated and it works, or when the heating works all, but only sometimes ... the winks do not work, and the windshield wipers go alone.

That could be a ground problem. There are several on the car that if they get corroded, it'll give you those symptoms.
