I think it is a testament to how good an actor Gary Oldman is, that when you hear him speak in his own voice, he sounds like someone else. I don't know if I have ever heard him use his own voice in a movie.
He'll always be Sirius, Sid, Orton, Rosencrantz, Oswald, Dracula, Drexl, Stansfield, Beethoven, Zorg, Korshunov, Verger, Gordon, Smiley, Churchill... the single most diverse actor in Hollywood history.
To be honest, i don't really know her, but i'm sure she is great! But Gary Oldman has played in some great movies that i do know, like Harry Potter (yes, i liked that series), and in batman and the remake robocop movie etc... I should watch some movies from Greta :-)

Director Luc Besson felt that a minority of critics didn't pick up on the intended humour. The character became iconic and influential, though, so Oldman and Besson clearly knew what they were doing.
