I don't know why Y.Links even try to punish with a forward smash. That second hit isn't reliable at all. Also, I haven't played smash ultimate in a while so I'm not sure if they fixed it

And Forward Smash is one of his strongest kill move outside of offstage Up-B.

The Dealer500 Its something pretty advanced called de-syncing. Im not sure if you can do it maybe by down b. Correct me if im wrong
The Dealer500 you can desync in a lot of ways, most commonly using squall aka side b
