This was one of the motherboards I was looking into. Though in the reviews the most biggest issue I've been seeing is long boot time. But was told to enable memory context which fixed it. But still looking through different motherboards.
Yeah someone else commented about that, hopefully a latest bios fixes it

Not sure as this is just an overview. I mentioned in the video I'll be using it in a build at some point though.
Yes can enable memory context restore and enable memory power down and it will boot in a quarter of the time

No, I don't have the money to fund that, or an audience big enough for a company to sponsor it. To be honest, after watching the backlash of one from JaysTwoCents, it doesn't make me enthusiastic about doing one in the first place.
Edit - thinking more about it, I'd much rather take note of the subscribers who interact and support me the most, then quietly help them with what I can. Giveaways are fine but the idea of someone that's never watched more than one video just winning something worth tens of not hundreds or thousands of pounds/dollars, over someone that's supported, viewed, commented for multiple months/years just doesn't seem right to me.
