PAN 5R-890BR is a medium early yellow hybrid with second-generation stalk borer protection (MON89034) and glyphosate tolerance. PAN 5R-890BR is well adapted to all production regions.
The platform includes PAN 5A-190 and PAN 5R-590R. It is a good choice for silage in the eastern production areas.
These hybrids have excellent early vigour, tend to produce a single cob and have good standability. They produce a very healthy plant with good general disease tolerance - especially to Diplodia and Brown Rust.
