That's a good question. Unfortunately we were transiting at the time so didn't need to use it. If you have twitter you could try contacting them that way to ask. The last departure is 02:20 and first is 06:50 so at a guess may be 5am. It could be 24hrs though.

Marco Polo Silver member here. Yes you can access all 3 lounges as long as u have permission to access them. If you want to go to other lounges, simply ask the reception to stamp on your boarding pass before you leave. All lounges operating from 0530-0030 every day, hope that helps

Hong Kong airport is amazing. Hong Kong milk tea - na far too creamy for my liking, I think I had it with condensed milk. NO!
