I’m theory the commissioner is suppose just do what’s best for the game but in reality he’s just a puppet for the owners. Goodwill needs to go but I actually don’t think it matters. A strong will and minded person maybe able to convince the owners about doing something that’s right but I just doubt it. They make way too much money now and are way quicker to move their teams than any other sports league. They are just way too greedy and spoiled.

That said i believe Tom Brady could have won throwing a dead road kill rabbit! Ok? If Tom Brady is guilty of deflating anything its deflating this dishonest commissioner Goodell. Why is he not fired?. Hes hurt the game and Tom has elevated it. Over and out. Im a life time Dallas fan but Tom Brady won me over 3 years ago to become a Brady fan with the way he carried himself in the face of disparaging and false attacks from somebody thats supposed to have the players backs. I personally don’t think Brady deflated footballs to get an advantage. But again there has to be a set standard for everyone to follow. Everything else does, even the gloves receivers wear have to be within a certain guideline. Why would you not do the same with footballs.

Troy Aikman said he’d go to his grave believing Brady knew the footballs were deflated.

It’s also HARDER to throw a deflated football so there’s that.

Saints Bountygate - several people suspended all season.
Patriots cheating multiple times - Four game suspension.

How are you comparing head hunting, and cheating? One can literally lead to death.

@@rotatingcats I understand your point but repeated offenses vs one instance.
      Patriots cheat constantly. Constantly.
The Saints were doing what every other NFL team does.. play violent football.

He's right, except for bountygate. Saints got off too lightly.

"If it's equal why would you have the rule?" "As long as everyone's allowed to deflate their footballs why should we care?" Sure dude, deflate the footballs until they're fucking pancakes and give everyone on the offense fucking rockets for the sake of scoring and revenue. Because that's entertaining and fair right? The point is that at some point it just ain't football anymore, and you gotta draw the line somewhere. Something like the amount of air in the ball might seem trivial to you, but there's a reason we call it "football" and not fucking "pancake."
