  • In this video, Tom gives us a broad-brush overview of every Krieghoff luger variation and gives some history about how Krieghoff landed the contract to start manufacturing the luger. To our knowledge, this is the first time every variation has been in one place!

I only have one po8, it's a 1937 s-42 variation that came back with a ww2 veteran, I was given it along with a 44 mauser and 44 walther p38 with the promise to keep the 3 together as a stipulation when passed on to my care, I can't control what happens when I'm no longer around but will honor the request while I am the caretaker

"An Epic video" ... to say the least... I am so green with envy that.... well, you could grow moss on me....and listening to Toms knowledge of Lugers never bores me..... when Tom says, "There's more, but we don't have time for that".... I say, "Tom, you're just teasing me"....
I for one, will listen to anything you have to talk about with Lugers and PP's and PPK's and history.
Bluetooth headphones, a couch and my laptop and Tom's captivated me....
Keep it up... I am astonished with your subject knowledge.
Thanks again for another great video.

Whatis also interesting is that Krieghoff didn’t follow the standard letter block production numbering. I guess they just weren’t making many so just keep going with the numbers without the letter block? Very interesting pistols.

I just discovered this awesome channel! It would be great if you could do a video segment on the ultra-rare .45 ACP lugers that were produced for the US Army pistol trials of 1907 (I think) Only three were produced I believe . Sure wonder where they are today. Even though you likely don't have an example in your collection.........would be great to hear your thoughts on these rare guns...........
