Looks delicious! I always meal prep for each week as well. It's saves me a ton of money, and I always have food at hand when I'm at work or coming back home. I'm gonna buy myself a freezer next month (I only have a mini fridge at the moment), and then I can store my meals there as well 🥰

Thanks Craig for the porridge & granola idea. Eating it relight now! It has literally been raining for 2 days here and porridge is the perfect breakfast when it is cold. I also throw in some frozen berries to cook with the porridge. Be warned, can turn your porridge pink! 🌧

This video came out on the day where I break from eating 95% cleanly and this pay period am instead eating an entire pack of frozen samosas, drinking 1L of San Pel, and chasing it with a pint of Halo Top Cookie Dough Iced Cream. Also, Craig, Jas if you're looking for new ways to season food try a Mama Sita's Pancit Palabok packet. I've never made the actual recipe, I just like the flavour: smoky, kinda sweet Filipino seasoning packet. I always just make a generic veggie stew and then toss the packet in and finish it with a bit of milk.
Maddie Lowes honestly I have no idea, I’ve never counted my calories. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, (and snacks!), try not to eat too much unhealthy stuff. Sometimes sub out rice/pasta for more veg if I fancy a lighter meal or if I haven’t trained so much. I hope that helps. I’m all about balance, I want to be fit and healthy but also like some treats and a glass of wine!

What I like about this is it shows you can have what would be considered "cheat" foods (Nutella, pasta, other carbs, etc). Workout hard and you are able to eat these things.

@@matwate2330 I don't know where you get your science from but compared to boiling vegetables, microwaving actually retains more nutrients.
Guys little tip: let the pan get REALLY HOT before putting any meat so it browns nicely and it gives you more flavour :P:D Good prep though!!!
