I work with individuals who have Parkinson’s, TBIs, SCIs, and other neurological disorders.. What Jules is accomplishing is unbelievably amazing. I’m so inspired by her and the people I work with on a daily basis. I‘ve been doing CrossFit for almost 4 years and I’ve not done a full rope climb because I’ve just been afraid. I watched this video last night and saw Jules overcome obstacles far beyond just not liking heights/being afraid of climbing the rope. Today in the gym, I got my first rope climb. And 5 more. Because Jules says “anything is possible” 🤷🏼♀️ Such an inspiration - thank you for putting this out there!

Obviously I saw that, and thought ok yeah right. Then I watched it and it was an amazing video. It made me cry and was amazing how her life has turned around for the way better. Awesome!
This is the sweetest. I love this so much. I feel like stories like this don’t get told often enough. This sport can be so life changing for so many of us in so many ways ❤️ it’s not always about top level elite performance (as cool as that is) seeing regular people overcome incredible things is so valuable!
