Ottima idea, utile proprio ora che le mie galline hanno ricominciato a fare le uova ! Era necessario qualche cosa di nuovo... Ho iniziato da alcuni mesi ad usare il latte che usi tu. Quando l'ho visto al supermercato ho pensato che se i formaggi sardi sono così buoni pure il latte deve esserlo ! Ed è vero, lo sto pubblicizzando con i conoscenti, merita veramente. Grazie per le buone idee che condividi.

We used to have this in the 70's; we called it 'egg au gratin' which was served with thick wedges of crusty bread and butter. It was always a meal for the end of the month with the dry ends of cheese made into a wonderful 2,4,5-cheese sauce, depending what we had left, a teaspoon of English mustard and a pinch of chilli flakes. My mum is still an amazing cook.

If I stuff hard-boiled eggs, I take a tiny sliver off the round side, to make them stay a bit more still, and just pop it into hole left by the yolk. But I'm clumsy, and the dog still waits hopefully for an egg-white to drop.
