- Our Roller Game of the Week featured game 2 of the 1979 Presidents Cup series which took place at the Olympic Auditorium in Los Angeles, California. Your announcers for this classic banked-track roller derby contest (second half) are Dick Holway and Jim McInerney.

As promised I will give you leads to Leroy Gonzales. There is so much footage I found I will put time aside this weekend to gather the videos so you can combine the increasable footage. Apologies for the delay. Also I would also have a request for George Adams.. that is a must and hard to find.. believe it or not I found some footage of Gentleman George on the Kansas City Bomber.. But I will def get the Leroy Gonzales links done by next week! Please George Adams if possible and E,G Miller would be good also if you could.

This is what ruined roller derby. Whoever the powers that be were had more "drama" in each game--more than anyone could stomach.
