Also, I love all the newer brands but I just can’t get used to how light most of their machines are, especially for freehand shaping. And I definitely know what you mean by pushing the hair vs shaping. Having the right blade helps but nothing will ever compare to the Andis master with the fade blade for that technique.
Which blade is best for blending and debulking Afro hair?,,the fade blade or Taper blade? for intermediate Barbers,,Also do we need too zero Gap them or leave them as normal?? Thankyou

I’m so glad I’m not alone on the free handing beards situation and I agree it’s something with the old school clippers that just get the job done
