  • Are you sick and tired of wondering what chemicals and artificial junk is in your ground meat? Yeah me too, that's why I grind my own or purchase it from local farmers. Check out this quick tutorial on how to grind your own meat and break away from commercial ground meat.
    In this video we use venison but this method will work with beef, lamb, pork or any other red meat. Chicken and turkey are the same procedure just remove the fat. Ratios are below if needed.
    Red Meat and Wild game- 80% meat to 20% fat (beef or pork fat)
    Chicken, Turkey or other birds- 100% meat no fat added.
