They do not want to give any answer at all to what happened with Yui, in any kind of way. Japanese are really really private people, even with each other. So in interviews, they will not give to much...hell Koba probably told them to be as vague as possible.

The translation was off. She mentioned how before they were going for a cute /metal look and feel and now they're older , although they have matured, they're focusing less on the cuteness and more on the metal and music but still keeping certain parts of being young and cute in their performances.

Holy crap, this weekend has been Babymetal overload but I still want more and more.
Back in 2014, when Babymetal did their first UK Festival (the legendary Sonisphere performance) they were being disparaged by a large chunk of the metal community as the antithesis of metal and even the possible harbingers of the genre's destruction. Fast wind to 2019 and they were now being being hailed as metal's best ambassadors to the Glastonbury crowds. Ambassadors! Oh how things have changed; no longer the imminent death of metal but now its most wholesome representatives. There were some people, back in the day, (myself included) who predicted that this band could regenerate the stagnant metal scene. They (we!) were right.
good times.
2018 was a difficult year.
It's great to see them back firing on all cylinders.
Can't wait to see them in October at their first USA arena concert at the LA Forum.

@Chintachai Thanasinkasetchai There are three new dancers who will be rotating in the third BABYMETAL position.
So far Riho Sayashi (former Hello! Project/Morning Musume) has performed twice, and Kano Fujihira (currently a Sakura Gakuin member) once.
We have not seen the third rotating dancer yet.
NOTE: This is a dance only, not a singing role at this point.
As they announced at the first Yokohama Arena show on June 28th;
"Only the Fox God Knows" which of the three will appear at any particular concert.
Fans are overall very happy to see three people on stage (last year they experimented with different numbers of dancers).
The new costumes and hairstyles are also going over well, and they just gave their first post-concert video interview in three years.

Besides the 20 city tour of the USA this year, they recently announced a bunch of 2020 dates in Europe, etc.
The new album is due out October 11th, and latest couple of songs have been really surprising (in a good way, in my opinion).

The juxtaposition of Moe and Su both speaking so politely in both English and Japanese with the interviewer, who is older than these young women, who starts off the interview with "f-ing" is comical. It also just demonstrates how much more sophistication, maturity, and professionalism Moe and Su have.

Yui stole a lot of souls and still does even for new fans watching past shows, I became a fan after she already had to part ways and she's still my favorite.
Maybe we will get to see her doing something else, Amuse said she's preparing for something (not a return to BM though) and is still contracted with them.
If we have a chance to see her on another project, i would love to see her and i hope all goes well with her new project.

Suzuka's English has improved by leaps and bounds! She's obviously put in a lot of work. Moa is doing much better as well, although her answers seemed a bit more rehearsed. Moa has gotten so pretty over the past two years.
Both of their answers seem rehearsed. I think Su speaking Japanese shows that.
@@flamingdolphin2087 well, english is not my first language either. When making a phrase sometimes you need to stop and construct it first in your head, and learning how to do it naturally takes a lot of time.

I had difficulty reading the subtitles because i couldnt take my eyes off Moa. She's gone from super cute girl to amazingly beautiful young lady. Su has also matured well. I do wish the interviewer would not disrespect them by using foul language. These are not grungey twats. They are lovely, talented young ladies. Be a gentleman.
