Transformers actually has a really good plot tho(for most continuations) and each series has its own charm. The franchise is great and littered with great characters each having their own unique personality and motives.

you mock it but the Kiai (random yells) are an important part of most hand to hand martial arts. by exhaling in such a rapid manor you let all the air out of your lungs, this prevents you from being winded should your momentum be used against you. we yell instead of exhale however because it allows more air to leave in a much more controlable manor. not to mention a jerking motion can interrupt your breathing, whilst it will likely not interrupt a yell. there is another reason, however, that we yell in hand to hand combat. this is a very simple one. yelling in your opponents face may make them flinch, increasing the odds of your attack landing successfully.
We had cgi in the 90's that was so good it pretty much bought Dinosaurs back to life, but we couldn't make robots look like they were from a movie with a bigger budget than sci-fy original movies?
The Primal Earth -Dinosaurs, science, and more! From what has been said, they were originally going to do models and suits, but with having to restart the film multiple times (with changing Dulcea's actress multiple times and then having to film all the suited scenes twice, possibly more since they were falling apart) they didn't have time to make a proper Zord battle so the CG we got was not only last minute but on the cheap (since the movie went WAY overbudget) as well.

Trini, the yellow ranger, was the one who died. She died after MMPR ended too. I believe the actress died around the same time as JDF's brother, and that's why JDF had to miss her funeral.

Technically Bulk and Skull did rescue the rangers in one episode of season 2; When is a Ranger Not A Ranger. Lord Zedd creates a monster out of a kaleidoscope that wipes the rangers of their memories and then Bulk and Skull have to step in and help them get their memories back.

I loved Power Rangers Time Force when I was little. It seems like it was better put together than episodes/movies from the Mighty Morphin times. Also, side note, the pink ranger in Time Force, Jennifer, was the furthest thing from a damsel in distress, she was like the boss of the rangers from memory. I'm glad they changed that.
I agree, Time Force was well done. I watched the original series consistently from when it came out until the consecutive timeline was finished (at the end of "In Space"). Time Force was the only independent story line that I came back for.
RPM is pretty solid. It doesn’t have the overall serious tone (although there are some darker themes), but since it was believed to be the final season at the time, they took a lot of cheap shots at the cheesiness and stupid effects from the past. Search for “power ranger rpm qna with doctor k” You won’t be disappointed
The closest thing that I ever had was an anime called I think I could be wrong it's been many years since I've seen it, Combat Action Duty shinesman. It's a Power Ranger esque anime but it's also kind of a satire of it as well

Bulk and Skull were my favorites. Always wanted an episode where they had to rescue the Rangers. That would have Rocked.
Technically Bulk and Skull did rescue the rangers in one episode of season 2; When is a Ranger Not A Ranger. Lord Zedd creates a monster out of a kaleidoscope that wipes the rangers of their memories and then Bulk and Skull have to step in and help them get their memories back.
Hard to believe I actually enjoyed this franchise as a kid.

Yep. Never saw the movie though, but the thing I love about power rangers is just how it's like the only kids show that kids of the 90's and kids of the 00's can actually talk about together. Seriously between 2005 and 1999 so many shows were cancelled so us people who in our mid to late teens now didnut have the shows that those of the 90's had, unlike power rangers and scooby doo, and a decent number of other shows like,e spongebob, etc

Never realised how pointless they were till this video.
I loved Power Rangers Time Force when I was little. It seems like it was better put together than episodes/movies from the Mighty Morphin times. Also, side note, the pink ranger in Time Force, Jennifer, was the furthest thing from a damsel in distress, she was like the boss of the rangers from memory. I'm glad they changed that.
I agree, Time Force was well done. I watched the original series consistently from when it came out until the consecutive timeline was finished (at the end of "In Space"). Time Force was the only independent story line that I came back for.

RPM is pretty solid. It doesn’t have the overall serious tone (although there are some darker themes), but since it was believed to be the final season at the time, they took a lot of cheap shots at the cheesiness and stupid effects from the past. Search for “power ranger rpm qna with doctor k” You won’t be disappointed
