What's the difference in terms of putting it on your tongue or face or capsules. What made you choose to do it this way ?

Taking it as an oil form it’s how it’s been taken for thousands of years. I find the oil better as it’s absorbed quickly in the soft tissues of the mouth whereas capsules will have to go through the digestive process. It’s excellent for the skin which is why I use it topically as well 😊
