I had RNY gastric bypass on Monday June 13th, 2016 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Here is my first "What I eat in a day" video. All stats are listed and you can find me on myfitnesspal if you want to see my diary.
Please remember that this is what works for me at the moment and it may not work for you. Also consider that I have had no problems with fluid, protein or food intake since my 2nd week.
Family time is great .Looking good Erin!
Thanks so much for this video! I really enjoy seeing what is realistic after surgery.
you are amazing!!! and I loved all the stuff you showed huggles
Thanks hun! love 'huggles.' You should make your own dictionary!
Thanks for this video Erin. I'm 1.5 weeks out of VSG surgery and it was good to see what's in my future.. Can't wait for the puree stage✌️.
You make the greatest videos! Really really helpful :) Thank you!
Thank you so much for your comment. I'm glad you are enjoying the videos ☺️
Thank you Erin for sharing your "what I eat in a day". I really appreciate you taking the time to do a bonus video. You gave me the reassurance I needed to see what it takes to meet the protein goal. Very do able. Great job with the vitamins and getting some exercise in. My daughter is enjoying Pokemon Go too! ☺
You're very welcome Lana!
thank you for the vid sweets! Looks like an all around fantastic on point day. Got it all in and then some!
Good thing I didn't record yesterday's food! It's so much easier when I plan out my food for the day.
I loved this video!!! I always get great ideas from other WLS'ers. Appreciate you doing it. I know it's a lot of work!! You're doing awesome!!! I have a lot of cheese in my diet too!! 😉
Gotta love cheese and not even for the protein it provides!
Love, love, love the action Video 🤗. Your totally rockin' that bike Girl!! It's awesome to be able to see the trail in your glasses too. Also love that you play Pokemon Go WITH your kids. So much safer for them.
My kids are 8 & 6 so it'll be awhile before I set them loose on the world! Hahahaha Glad you liked the action shots!
great work on the eating. I don't get the protein in. so congrats.
Thanks Mari!

always state the truth
Are vegetables and fruits problematic after surgery?
For me, they haven't been. But I do try to eat more salad than fruit. My first guideline is protein first.
