How to set up VATSIM to talk to controllers in MSFS

Here you go for everyone who asked the tutorial on how to set up VATSIM. This is an amazing tool for student pilots or just any pilot if you are rusty on the radios. I know I use VATSIM to keep me fresh on operations while I am out of work.
