@@IC-23 as someone who has the OG ultis I really want a mid-max rarity for this guy. People buy the ultis often enough to where the price really isn’t going much of anywhere downwards, so another chase rarity would be sick considering there are absolutely cheap printings available.

From a retro format perspective, I’m hoping for Trap Dustshoot, Thunder King Rai-Oh, Maxx C, and Amaryllis reprints
This is the opportunity to do those 100%. Painful choice Delinquent duo, raigeki break lightning vortex sakuretsu armor. Lots of old gold.
I’d also add Karma Cut and Breakthrough Skill for HAT, Charleston, and Fire-Water.
Manju and Senju would be great for both old and modern ritual. Dekoichi, Sasuke, and Tribe Infect are nice GOAT cards. Some Synchros like Magical Android, Mist Wurm, and Iron Chain Dragon are great for Edison.
I need a qcr graceful charity. Can I use one? No. But I need it.

yeah, they forgot to reprint fenrir, super poly, delta and gamma, etc.
Its actually 2 separate sets. The 1 guaranteed card is part of a 200 card set. The other 4 is part of a 78 card set
It was ALMOST great. The SECOND you said the QCR/PSR card would be from a Nostalgia lot, I died inside. Depending on what they consider Nostalgia (Which, I imagine in at most GX cards,) we're doomed. This product is going to lose out on BOTH crowds.
You can still get a QCR in one of the other luxury slots
a high rarity nostalgia card is gonna be worth more than the super rare it's replacing

I’m a red-eyes dragon link player. Some nice rarity bumps for stuff like Darkness Metal and Black Metal Dragon would be amazing. And for old formats… I would love to see Dark End Dragon. That card is getting up there in price

Unlike other TCGs, YGO doesn't have a set rotation
While it depends on what the set list is of the "boomer" cards, any card that has seen play over the course of this games history, getting a rarity upgrade is a good thing, in my opinion. It's one of this game's charms where any card could be useful at any time, so getting easier access and varied rarities is only a good thing.
Personally I would love to see Kalut the Moon Shadow among the nostalgic QCSRs. Flexing in the middle of the Damage Step in Edison sounds like peak Yu-Gi-Oh.
When i eventually start playing in the tcg these could be the way to get staples easily

welp its been 2 years we had a good run. Now konami wants you to play branded to do the same shit we did but for 400€ not 50€
This new Bonanza set will lure in new/returning players just like RA01. It's also strategically placed during the "gift giving" season just like RA01 so people will have more money in their pockets.
I hope that the nostalgia cards aren't some super old random Lv4 vanilla monster like Axe Raider or some shit like that.
I hope it is something that was originally printed a decade or so ago but it is still being played today.
Great example is Yubel. Originally printed in 2008 but it is still being played today and its highest rarity is just an Ultimate Rare.
Another one would be Red Dragon Archfiend. Released in 2008, highest rarity is Ghost Rare and it is still being played.
A great way to get all the non boomers to not complain is put Triple Tactics Thrust in this set.
The one and only card I want in here is Triple Tactics Thrust, they can do whatever the hell they want with the rest.
A pipe dream, to be sure, but I'd love to see the match winners reprinted here - specifically Eternia, Xexex, Tyr, and Testament.
Lol Konami will showcase their policy of severly short printing highly sought after cards in the current, future metas

With the right cards till set can be amazing and my wallet will hate me if thats the case haha i spend a lot on RC1 and RC2.
I would love to see Cyber Dragon Nova + Infinity, Upstart Goblin, Chicken Game, Kash Fenrir, Saronir/Druiswurm and Lubellion, Harpyies Feather Duster, Raigeki, Rai-Oh. I'm not sure how they gonna handle cards that are going to be in the tin, but there are plenty of great cards aswell that could be in here like S:P, Thrust, Horus cards, Dis pater, Chaos Angel etc.
Personally i would love to see a few pend cards (wont happen) and some dino cards included too.
I think the ration sounds insane.
If i am lucky a pull a different "luxury rare" card in every pack, I would have pulled 200 packs, thats 800 cards from the 72 card pool!
It should be the other way around, we will end up with those same 72 cards in piles of trash

Will this bring the (as of now) japan exclusive PP reprint cards? cards like Time Wizard, Goddess of Whim, Cosmo Queen, Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon and of course my favourite SENGENJIN have all had quarter century prints over there, will they be coming here? I really do want those nostalgic cards.

I'm more afraid this is going to be more like RC2 than RC1. Unfocused, mostly low effort filler, with a couple of good things to make it seem worthwhile. Rarity Collection should be special, but like Mega Packs and Battles of Legend, it's highly likely it's just another vehicle for reprints they will beat into thr ground.

@@simonpetrikov3992 My biggest issue with the first RC1 was that while we got the necessary reprints, they were a few years old. If they had another one, I'd like to see high-end stuff from this year or super old goat format cards reprinted.

Actually the inverse here, more QCRs pulled per box will decrease the overall value because they will be less rare! You'll be pulling 18 or 24 per box minimum not counting the other slots meaning 12-14 boxes to pull all QCRs and that is not rare at all!

No one asked for this or RA02. If I can buy a large set I will be buying a whole collection made with appreciation off of someone. QC Bonanza will be one of the worst investment sets in the history of this game. Also it's a game so you have to actually play it to understand it better and you'll be so much happier that way lmao
