Never think it’s too late to live a life you’re proud of. Even when things look very bad.
Never believe it’s too late in life for you to make a change or secure your dreams. You’re never too old or to young.
Most would think when has given up hope that their time had passed to make such a change.
Stop feeding doubt. Stop finding reasons you can’t. Or shouldn’t. Or why it wouldn’t work.
Start going after what makes you happy. The reward is great.
I used to climb up in my bed. And as I did I would get comfortable, look at my window, and see little stars trying to survive the world. I would also see the moon shining so bright. After days and days later, as I was about to sleep. I took one last peak at my window. To know that it no longer visited me anymore. Where did it go? It was like the moon was my only speck of happiness... now its gone... Where did it go? Till this day I still look at my window trying to find my moon. My happiness, my light, my love, my anger, my sadness, and all the things that make me, me. I'm still trying to find my moon. But I know shes out there somewhere. Shining as bright as ever! Still fighting, still believing, still wondering, and still keeps moving. To many of you out there, u shine as bright as my moon, I'm still trying to find her, so I hope you guys find someone who's as beautiful as my moon. Take care everyone. Stay safe and keep dreaming.❤

Me and my family engage in this comfort along with the cats. It is a tear jerker when listening to this with the cat. I think of all of my cats that have gone to the rainbow. I will never ever forget them. I love them always. People need to stop treating animals like they are things and start loving them like you would a human. Their feelings are apart of them and they were put on this planet like us- by GOD- so stop taking them for granted and forgetting that they exist too- they need warmth and comfort from their injuries and heartbreak. Love to all of the forgotten and abused animals in this world. 💖

i love this, it’s so soothing..like a big tight hug. it makes me nostalgic, thinking of the nights when i was younger, my mom and dad would come into my sibling and i’s room, tucking us into bed , kissing our foreheads , turning on lullabies so we could sleep soundly..i miss the feeling of not having to worry about life, i miss when i could just be a kid..i’m close to graduating high school and it’s very stressful to even think about, adulthood is scary, but like everyone we must grow up. thank you for helping me revisit a time where i was carefree, and clueless to the hardships of the world, thank you sm
The secret is....is that we all still have our 'kid' side in us even when our bodies grow old. When you meet the ones on your journey who bring out the kid in you, then you know you've met the right people. 1. "Relaxation is who you are, tension is who you think you should be." 2. "Don't let the hardships make you hard." and 3. "If you can't be yourself, then you are in the wrong place."

U made me remember when i was thinking the same thing but then i realized its not the age i feared off its the feeling of having to be responsible for anything im a person where....well responsibility is like chains in my neck and im working on that but what i wanted to say is you can always be who u are u can be that kid again no matter the age and ik that u cant do that all the time bc of the responsibilities and all but u can be like that at least for a brief second if u want ( & this memory is soooo cute btw )

This music feels like a lullaby, reminds me of when I was a kid, tired from playing outside and sleeping warmly in my little bed with my Disney princess blankets😅 now I'm not as carefree, and I'm close to graduating high school as well, and I worry a lot. But this helps me calm down, be able to sleep better, and to have peace. It shows me that everything will be ok and I don't have to worry.❤ we got this!💕🙏🏽
it’s okay to have bumps in the road. You’re not a screwup for relapsing, making a mistake, or doing something with an outcome did/didn’t want. Every minute is a reset, take that chance. If you need some way to release, here’s some ideas:
•dance and sing to your favorite music
•eat some chocolate or your favorite food
•journal! whatever you want to say, even if it’s just a ton of cuss words or random “ I hate this “ lines.
•call someone you love or enjoy talking with
•draw/paint/sculpt
•put together a list of things you’ve always wanted to do! it can be anything
•light some candles/a candle, and watch something you enjoy
•drink some water and sit down to breathe and be mindful
•scream spontaneously, as loud as you want!
•punch a pillow until that b is frumpy
•go for a walk or run
•go talk to the moon 🌙
•sit with your pet and talk/love on them
•go to a gym and get to work (if you’re safe to do so mentally and physically)
•read a book/fanfics/anything that comforts
you
•take a cold or hot shower
•chew something sour!
•play a game (or games) that you enjoy
•bake something!
•tell someone how you feel.

That your feelings are valid and that it’s okay to feel what you’re going through. As you continue to cry, you can feel them squeeze you in their embrace letting you know that they will always be there for you. All the good and bad memories flood your memory as tears cloud your eyes and snot plugs your nose, making it hard to breathe. They stroke your head and hum this tune to you, letting you know that they will be your voice when you need one. They make you feel safe and secured. For the first time in forever, you finally feel like you’re able to let go😌❤️

Everyone is so nice because we're all going "through something" too and when the people who are closest to you are mean, cruel... Other hurting people know how that feels... And we're all just trying to heal our wounds too. Kindness is kept going through each of these posts because we're all trying to heal. Thats just my thoughts.
idk if I'm able to sleep or to cry to this sound, it reminds me of the moments im with my dad and my mom. Both of them are not dead, they are separated. But i always thought of complete family, everytime i can't sleep, that's what my brain constantly think of them idk why maybe because they have a special place in me. I love them so much. Im lucky now, I have my grandmother since i was small.. she's my home.

Everyone has their moments. Everyone finds difficulties along their journeys. And I think we can all agree that life hits hard and unexpectedly at times. So I offer a piece of advice to help you through everything!
You aren't alone, I promise. You are loved and cared for, even if it may not feel that way all the time. There are people in your life that can help you. That is something i've learned this year. Sometimes you might just want to drop everything and cry. Trust me, you really aren't alone. Some of the best therapists are your family and friends. In some cases just telling someone something can take a heavy load off your shoulders. Don't bottle up your emotions, its unhealthy. Please, because this comment section cares about you and hopes that you find all the happiness that you rightfully deserve. Now since its late December 24th, I guess its only appropriate now to say Merry Christmas, and Happy late Hanukkah to those who celebrate! Lots of love and support from me and those you love!!!

whenever i hear music like this, it softens up my heart to the point i overthink and then tear up, it's too comforting that I wish this type of music were a person. having a hyperactive brain, wishing i could just go to sleep right after closing my eyes, i make up fake scenarios that hurt me because how i wish they were real. This type of music amplifies my longing for peace in my heart, mind and soul. How I wish one day, i get to listen to this kind of instrumentals where I could just focus on feeling safe instead of craving.

I haven't had a restful sleep in a long time. I came across this and gave it a try. I was soothed into a gentle sleep and stayed asleep throughout the night and woke up feeling peaceful. Thank you. I really needed it.
I just want to say how cathartic this is for me. I had a realization today that unearthed a lot of loneliness and depression that I guess I had been suppressing. This is calming, but also has a bit of emotion that I can connect with. It feels like I can let these feelings out slowly and peacefully, and give my heart a rest. It’s funny how you don’t notice how in pain you are until something like this touches that part of your heart you had locked away. I needed this. Thank you.
whenever ,I listen to your music ,I literally imagine that, I am in a fairytale and all these chaos of my life is soon to be going stop I will get all my peace back and that makes me to work more harder to get my happy ending in this fairytale.

Not to loud , not too soft , but just right to sleep and relax and whine down. My dog loves this, he relaxes and goes to sleep. Very soothing. Helps me too.

Thank you for this. It’s been very difficult lately, it seems negative thoughts just try to consume me. This takes me to a better place mentally.
This reminds me of the music that played on the TV in my hospital room when I was really sick with some gut ailment. It played along with pretty nature scenes, with birds and flowers and bunnies and things like that, that just let you appreciate the beauty of nature. That week in the hospital was hard. Really hard. We didn't know if I'd make it. But music like this traveled through the walls of deep physical pain and mental fear to give me at least some amount of peace, comfort, and rest. Hearing something like this, now, as i fall asleep in my own bed, I am feeling that peacefullness again. So thank you. ❤

My 14 years old fur baby loved this music so much... 😔 It was the most perfect lullaby for her sweet dreams every day and night, specially during the last month... She passed away last week on my arms and still can't believe it 😢 can't stop crying... I miss her so much! My love, my friend, my tender little dog daugther...
