Honestly makes him seem like a dark version of Tari. She has a mechanical arm that allows her to enter video games which were her escape before she got friends.
Mr Puzzles has a mechanical head so that he can constantly watch movies in his mind (I assume that was his original reasoning for the surgery) and he forces other into it because he never got any friends.

Is it me, or do i feel bad for mr. Puzzle?
Because when he was little he didn't have friends and he struggled alot to find a buddy or anyone, but when he watch tv all day, he felt joy or what he said to forget his about my troubles.
That probably why he wanted 5 stars, to be known and loved. Then he cut his own face off and replace it with a TV making him what he is today, if he did had buddies or someone to have with then he would be a normal person. (In my opinion, i mean)

I have my issues with this, arc? Movies? Idk, anyway, but this villain is probably my favorite. His design is amazing, he's entertaining, funny, and the voice actor does an incredible job with this role. I don't think we're done with Mr Puzzles though. "I cut off my face and put a TV in its place!" So why is his body machine now though? I don't think this is THE Mr Puzzles.

i hope we'll see him again, as for as much hate was put into that hit, smg4 could have easily have ended up exactly like Mr puzzles, the perfect show, so in a sense it'd be sad if we never see him again as, part of me sorta felt genuinely sad for him, sometimes dreams can become twisted and into nightmarish versions of what we first wanted, desperation turns people into monsters, and monsters make people desperate and the cycle continues
