    For me standing and climbing is the worst, sitting is next bad. Laying down is best

    Dr due to blood loss am getting fevers frequently mild symptoms coming and going please provide me any solution

      Fever might not be due to blood loss, but due to infection in the wound area, as poop contains lot of bacteria.
      You should take antibiotic ointment plus few days antibiotic medication

      @@yourfriendlyproctologist I'm assuming it should. Since gravity would also work there. But if that's actually the case, shouldn't gravity work when we walk around as well? Then how do we prevent the swelling? Because we can't lie down during work hours for instance. And please what are the consequences of the swelling mentioned in the video?
      The matter of sitting and standing are really dear to me because these are things we are normally compelled to do. One may choose to avoid carrying very heavy items, choose to squat when pooping, and choose to schedule their meals. But when a person is a student or worker in an office, they are often bound to sit for prolonged hours. And it'd be really sad if that nullifies all of one's efforts in doing the other lifestyle and dietary changes.
