I agree, I do think she has a lower tone. Although when I listen to it, she is hitting it. It just needs fine tuning as it sounds just barely on the edge of her range. It sounds like she's able to catch herself by going into head voice if she goes too high because she seems to be using chest voice most of the time. But I think fine tuning and it'll be good.

@@Maypril1894 performing a song. It's a song contest, not a singing contest. Performance has become a big part of Eurovision in recent years, and while she definitely isn't the best singer this year. She is definitely the best dancer this year hands down. You don't have to be the best singer to do well in this contest

Eurovision is live singing on stage, not a competition of the most streamed official recordings. Past decades you didn't have bad vocalists

Representatives like Austria and Malta this year are heavily based on performances. As long as they can excel in something, as long as they hold a tune it's a really good entry. Singing may have been the main thing you do, but dancing and performance has become a major aspect to this show ever since 2012 I'd say... Euphoria's big win. But it's probably been around way before considering in Cyprus' entry was the girl bop La La Love. They don't have to be the best singers anymore, but they do have to be the best something else whether that be rapping, dancing, or just fun stage personality/presentation.
