Pocket Nail puller. Homemade. Hello, friends! In this captivating video, I present the process of crafting a pocket nail puller, an essential tool for everyday life. To bring this idea to life, I used a steel hexagon bar as the foundation for creating a functional and convenient tool.
The manufacturing process commences with careful heating of one end of the blank using a gas torch. Skillfully and with meticulous attention to detail, I then flatten it using a hammer on the anvil to give it the required shape and structure. The same procedure is repeated with the other end of the blank, ensuring symmetry and functionality for the future tool.
Subsequently, I make a cut using a hacksaw and use a mini grinder to refine the details and achieve the perfect shape. After the tempering and annealing process, when the tool becomes sturdy and durable, a meticulous sanding with varying grits of sandpaper is performed. Then comes the enchantment of polishing, which gives the tool a mesmerizing shine.
As a result, a highly convenient and functional pocket nail puller is produced. This tool will undoubtedly enrich my collection of mini tools, becoming an indispensable assistant in various tasks.
