Every build number has a security patch code. For example in: N950USQS8CUJ1, "S8" is the security patch. It's always kn the same location. If you had the "S8" in your build number, you must flash firmwares only with "S8". You'd be flashing N950USQS8BNA3 and not N950USQM8BNA1, because it has the "M8" security patch.

There is a way for no deleting all files, the only thing you have to do is when the phone is restarting, you have to press both vol - and power button until the samsung logo dissapears, by this way, the phone changes the csc code without loosing the data. Greetings

Update. Now you can't use Google phone method with android 11. The only way to change csc is the #*272*insert imei# method in your main phone dialer. If that doesnt work you'd have to flash Odin manually.

    Mine before was FWD/FWD,FWD/FWD.
    Now it's XSG/XSG,FWD/FWD.
I just changed mine from Morocco (FWD) to UAE (XSG). Oh and I didn't remove the SIM and on the set up screen, there was a pop up regarding that so I pressed "Yes" so my phone restarted again then I saw my SIM on screen after. Sorry for the many questions, but my concern is for fear. If you change it, updates did not arrive to me. It will receive me after changes. I am also worried about if I change it after a time has passed. It goes back to the old country code and we thank you for answering it.

      No worries! Ask any time.
You will still receive automatic updates even after changing the CSC.
Everytime you boot or change your SIM it will ask if you want to set up SIM. ALWAYS TAP ON NO. If you tap on Yes it will change back to the old CSC. That's the only case in which it reverts back to the old CSC.

My friend, the country code was changed in your way, and thank you for this method, but I had problems and I don’t know if this is true or I’m wrong. Problems are weaknesses in the mobile phone network. It was in the past stronger and a second thing. When I enter the program’s update information, there is no information about this update. I do not receive official updates from Samsung due to the change of the csc, knowing that the device was activated in the UAE and I changed it to the code of my country, Iraq ..
