As a professional artist I'd like to extend a sincere round of applause for whomever designed this beauty! Excellent use of high contrast to create drama, balanced with just the right amount of tonal values. Absolutely well done!
To each his own, I guess. I'm not a fan of high contrast decor. Especially when the unit is completely devoid of the owner's personal belongings & accessories. I find most units too "busy", so I often envision painting certain features to blend in, like slide fascia.
The narrator is excellent...he has a gift for this.
FTers like me would love it, if it had another 1,000 lbs. or so of carrying capacity. Many of us are carrying everything we own with us and travel with full tanks for boondocking. That's why we chose to go with a motorhome where carrying capacity isn't an issue. I love the basement storage space though. Too bad I couldn't fill it with anything heavy like batteries, a big generator, etc. That's 120 lbs. of propane alone, not to mention the water and battery weight a FTer needs. I carry 300 lbs. of lithium batteries, 800lbs of water and 118 lbs. of propane. Plus, there's the weight of our 5,500w generator (and the generator fuel on a fiver), a roof full of solar panels, inverters, controllers, etc. For a FTing boondocking couple, 4,000 lbs. of CCC is not a luxury, but a minimum requirement. That fridge sure is cavernous, and the stove looks restaurant grade in a well laid out kitchen - and this is from a retired chef.
Any professional chef knows you never want to store your spices above a heat source, so it’s better to not have them above the stove. I would have a mounted spice rack on the wall to the right of the stove.
I don't know how tall the presenter is, but the spice rack looked to be above his eyeline, especially the back row. I'd have stayed with wine bottle rack, but if as you say, it's warm, then maybe just flat pans & cookie sheets.

The also applies to wine, which is the very first thing I thought of, when he said that used to be a wine rack…thank you for reminding me the same applies to spices!

No soft close drawers in the bedroom? Seems like they “cheaped out” there. Love the farmhouse style of this, but I would end up painting the closet and washer/dryer cabinet doors in the master bath a much lighter color. Kitchen is amazing! I would love to see a dishwasher option available. The living area is so large and relaxing with the heat and massage theater seating.
Well thought out design, I dig it. Those awnings design are really smart allowing the water to run off. We found out the hard way when it rained as we were away and our awning collected a bunch of water; broke one of the arms as we tried to drain it.

Beautiful camper. I would go with a Queen size bed. Need bedside night stands. Places to put our glasses when we take them off, our phones, books that we are reading. Most importantly a place for my hubbys CPAP machine.

I have watched countless videos on this model and I thought I knew everything about it. After watching your video, I have learned a few new things. So many smart features in this model, I love it. It's perfect for full timers. Would convert 1/2 bath to storage or craft room. Love in Sarasota ❤❤❤❤❤

My favorite 5th wheel floor plan is the separate front living room models as they feel more like a home and you’re a bit more isolated from kitchen noise. It also serves well as a more private area for overnight guests as they typically have a curtain separating it from the rest of the area. However, this unit is very nice, with some great features. I like that the 1/2 bath is located off the hall rather than having to enter it through the kitchen like most models with 1/2 baths. I like the extension to the center island, the larger stove/oven, the televator and that there’s a dinette. I don’t like floor vents at all. Not only because they get dirty or dog/cat hair in them, but they can be located directly under your feet and, the vent in the living room interferes with an area rug should you want one. I don’t care for side-by-side refrigerators. French door style refrigerators are preferable by most. The spice rack is a cool touch, and the lighting setup in the pantry is probably the best I’ve seen. The interior decor/color is great, as is the master bath and w/d hookup in a separate bedroom closet.
I liked that the way the interior is set up so there’s only one slide out on the campsite side which allows sufficient space to enjoy. A lot of floor plans have a separate slide for the dinette which leave little to no campsite space. I like that they put the wet bay to the right of the exterior storage! Some manufacturers will put the wet bay in a separate exterior area, but otherwise they all put them within the large storage area which impedes the usable space on that side of the storage. I can’t recall if it had any upgrades to the suspension, but the three 40lb propane tanks are awesome. If anyone is concerned about weight, they can simply remove one or two of them or just not fill them. Although there isn’t much standard solar, I believe it more than most manufacturers provide.
Overall, it’s a great unit for full-timer’s, although I don’t recall, or perhaps you didn’t mention if it’s rated for full-time use such as enclosed heated underbelly. Hopefully the manufacturer uses azdel rather than luan. Great review!

I do really like this RV I just wish we could have all of this plus an extra room off the kitchen. I love and want the master bedroom. The extra room I would use as my craft area. My sewing machine and so on.

This is a beautiful rv! We have the 32 foot 2020 Jayco Jayflight with the front sliding door entrance. We like it but it has almost no hanging space in the bedroom. Mostly shelving. I wish there was hanging space on both sides of the bed. I suppose my husband could put a rod in but so far he hasn’t had the time. I do like the bathroom and we love the living area on the other end. However, the kitchen needs more drawer and cabinet space. The pantry is huge, but the shelving wasn’t sturdy so my husband put in extra 2 extra shelves and changed all the shelves plus the shelf stops in plywood and stained it to match the woodwork in the trailer. Now the shelves don’t give. 😃 Is the king mattress a full fledged king size or slightly shorter?
Love this unit. I now own a trailer with a slide out on the "fun" side and find that it is not conducive to a nice set up on this side because of the split awnings. It is very similar to this unit you are showing. I was wondering if someone could make a suggestion to these manufacturers to somehow configure the awnings to keep the fun patio side covered without a void in the middle of the patio and not have rain pouring down the middle of the patio. Also, the awnings barely cover where the door opens and I get rained on and the grab bar on the stairs gets wet when it rains. There has to be a new idea for this. Just about every trailer that has a slide on the patio side has this problem.

here's my thought on the 5 gallon water jug in the basement;
1. Water is heavy at 41.6 pounds per 5 gallons. While that is not an extraordinary of weight for an average adult it is a risky endeavor because of the location. It also looks a bit fiddly to be doing on any regular basis.
This is the first RV I’ve seen that is set up the way we want and the first I’ve seen that I like more than our current RV. Only problem is the length. Our seasonal limits every RV to no more than 40’. This is slightly over and would be denied. Our current RV is 38’. I would really love to have this. 😢

Also… RV first then look for accommodating truck or vice versa.

This design is real similar to our Keystone Arcadia with a few exceptions. The biggest for me is weight. The tongue weight of our Arcadia is around 1850 and this Pinnacle is 2510. You can't haul this with a 2500 Ram diesel. Also, gross weights and carrying weights are different. I'm saying a Pinnacle isn't a nice RV, I don't know one way or another, but looking at the numbers gives you a good idea if it's ideal for your truck. We liked the Montana, but it had the same problem to much weight on the tongue. Cheers

When you close the slides for transit is there safe access to everything?
Would rather single sink that primary bath vanity so we could have more counter area and drawers - would also prefer a slightly narrower shower and put the toilet in its own room where the washer/dryer is located - would dump the half bath and place washer/dryer there facing into bedroom and create more storage around it facing into the bedroom and put the rest of that space to the kitchen
I loved this video. When you go into so much detail tats what I want. You didn’t mention if the clock above the 1/2 bath was an add on or included. Plus finally a 4 burner stove top! I have a question. Is it true that if I buy a 5th wheel in Texas I have to take it in regularly for an inspection. I think I heard it’s yearly?

Hi, Can the Smart TV's be linked to the JBL speakers so you can watch a movie and get better sound quality? I assume you can pair your bluetooth headsets with either the TV or sound system, correct? Thank you
You can pair ear buds or headset w/ TV or sound system.
@@VogtRVWorld but you "can't" watch a movie on the TV and listen through the JBL Speakers, correct? So the TV needs an additional soundbar to hear "movie" quality sound? Sorry, but I haven't heard any TV that has theater sound without an addition of another device. The TV in our 2020 5th wheel pretty much sucks. They should really connect the two together so the user doesn't have to purchase an add-on device since JBL speakers are pretty awesome. Thanks for your help.

I understand the reason for the floor heat vents, but I still don't want them. Can you recommend a brand that doesn't have floor heat vents, other than the Grand Design?

Why do you need the 5 gallon jug of water if you have the whole coach water filter?
Fair question. Water quality at some locations leaves a lot to be desired, even with a whole house filter. Rather than bring lots of little bottles of water, you can know you are cooking and drinking purified water. -Mike
