I also forgot to mention you should do your mission tasks to level up quickly. Also I think underground purge is biweekly. Not 100% sure though. Most likely biweekly.

Actually I'm sorry to say this but wrong, there's currently TWO shotgun Characters in the game, Nita uses one. Rephrasing your statement to something like Fenny has currently the Only 5* Shotgun Character variant available at the moment would make more sense. Also if your PC it's Yao if it's Mobile it's Lyfe or Fenny. The reason being a difference in mechanics and interaction.

Do you know what's ballistic dmg? And who exact skill characters or standard attack make use of it?

Its general damage from whatever weapon your using no matter what the bullets element is.
