    I have a regular pressure cooker and had no idea how to cook brisket without days of brining or hours of marinating. I totally forgot about pressure cooking it!😲 Your result looks delicious! Thank you for posting and blessings to you and yours and all who read this!👍😁

    You do know that the power pressure cooker xl has a sear operation that you can use and eliminate the frying pan.

    You didn't need the fry pan you could have seared the meat in the preasurecooker

      Ken Butler true just takes longer and folks complain and say why not speed it up and sear in a regular pan ... can’t win

    I use the tiger sauce( tiger blood) it’s really good and you can apply it before and after.

    If let the meat rest for 10 to 15 minutes it would have sliced nicely without falling apart on you.Looks great though
