Welcome to our channel!
Preparation and ingredients:
800 grams of minced meat.
Cut 1 onion.
Salt, a blend of Italian herbs, black pepper, paprika, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
2 cloves of garlic.
Chop 3 young onions.
Chop a bunch of dill.
Add 6 tablespoons thick white yogurt and 2 teaspoons tomato paste.
Chop 1 large head of cabbage.
Add a pinch of salt.
Grate 20g Parmesan.
Then add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put the cabbage on it.
Shape the ground beef as shown in the video.
Put the ground beef on the cabbage.
Spread sauce over it.
Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
Cut 2 large potatoes as shown in the video.
Add salt to the water, add potatoes and boil for 7 minutes after boiling.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil, a mixture of Italian herbs, thyme, paprika.
Brush the potatoes with sauce and bake at 180°C for 7-10 minutes.
Sprinkle with parmesan and bake for another 5 minutes at 200 °C.
Mash the potatoes, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake for 5 minutes at 200°C.
It's very very tasty...
Chop parsley and dill.

Your recipes look absolutely delicious but I live in Texas and don't use the metric system so it's difficult for me to figure out the amounts even using a conversion table. Plus you don't give the amounts even in grams of salt, Italian herbs, pepper, etc. Can you post a recipe?
I use Google for the conversions and seasoning is always to taste anyway. If you watch enough recipes you can guess at amounts and not mess up too badly. The only thing to be careful of in this recipe is the nutmeg. I used an 1/4 tsp cause it's dinner, not dessert.

I'm from Netherlands and never seen anything like this 😂 cabbage from the oven? If you want something really Dutch with cabbage look at Koolsalade or 'Coleslaw'
