Welcome to our channel!
Preparation and ingredients:
750 g wheat flour, 300 g butter.
Mix 200 g of white thick yogurt, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder.
3 eggs but remove 1 yolk.
Knead the dough.
Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
400 grams of minced meat.
Finely chop 1 onion.
Cut 3 potatoes.
Chop a bunch of parsley.
salt, black pepper, 1-2 teaspoons coriander, rosemary.
Wheat flour.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out.
Line a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with one half.
Then lay out the minced meat, as shown in the video.
Roll out the second half of the dough and cover.
Divide into portions with your hands.
Pour 50 ml milk onto 1 egg yolk and brush the dough with it.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.

Add 4 tablespoons of thick white yogurt and 2 cloves of garlic, salt.
Very tender and very tasty....
