ibe JamZ his calories won't necessarily work for you. His height, weight etc can change all that. What you eat specifically as well can change. I lost 60 lbs over the past year by doing the keto diet and working out 3-4 times a week. The key to weight loss is being in a caloric deficit. Breakfast-3 egg omelet: spring mix, tamotoes, red peppers, avacado, beans, feta cheese, lemon pepper tuna (1/3rd of the packet)
Reg. Oatmeal (almonds, 5 blueberries)
Plant-based Protein shake (depends on the day): 1-2 scoops of (JOCKO MÖLK-chocolate), spring mix, almonds, half of a banana almond milk(1 table spoon of peanut butter (if you choose)
Snack-10 carrots, 5 cutup apple slices
lunch-Skinless chicken breast (You can try elk, or bison, steak etc), spring mix, avocado, beans, tomato, red pepper, basmati rice (i add hot sauce)
snack- Plain Greek yogurt (cup) , natural granola (purley elizabeth)
try atleast to drink 5-6 cups of water-maybe a gallon if you can
Dinner 5-6pm-same as lunch, but replace rice with a sweet patatoe or 2 smaller white potatoes
snack- small (cut in half) 5-6 celeray pieces..put a small dash of cream cheese
don't eat after 7pm in general....
This is just a guideline i've been following to get stronger and lose bad weight.....don't consume unhealthy snacks through out the week, progress will be much quicker

This is just a guideline below to help ppl on what to eat, when they want to eat healthy but don't want to starve:

I do them as slow as possible usually the exercises have their struggle but that one u have to put the struggle in.
Easy to memorize the sets too would be sort of pop up texts while u say it.. sort of for the visual memory type people like my self..
