I do this routine wow often. I of course have to adjust somethings, but I have increased my stamina and I have been able to add more modified push ups. I absolutely love this routine.

I have started doing the push up part . I started with getting up to 5 reps and.back to 1, but I have now progressed to 7 reps. It works like crazy. Thanks Mike, you are the man.👍🏾
I'm 50 and tried this after I saw it 1st time. I'm not in fighting shape but I'm not a pencil either. I was able to make it thru the 1st two sets and was played. Good to know where I stand and can have a goal now. Thank you for sharing, sir!

I respect what you do. Tried this for the first time and I was 2-3 reps behind. Burpee/push up...At the end I got to 5 and back to 1. Looking forward to the day I can keep up. Keep pushing hermano.
@MikeRashid, I did the entire trg, but the end got me wrecked. couldn't do the burpees+push-up without taking a short break of 10 seconds between each set just to recover some strength in my arms. Love the trg, keep up the good work. I'm looking forward for more vids like this one!

Strength conditioning workout my uncle's mma and had me do something similar. He does it with an elevation mask. Stress how important strength conditioning is to them more often.

This came on my feed out of nowhere watched a few min and thought yeah right. Watched the whole thing and It looks real. Don't have the kettle bells but I'm a give it a go I'll be back in a month with an update. Starting weight 270 5,11 (clearly overweight) let's go!!!

Sorry for the late post. So the first two weeks were absolutely brutal I am not in the best shape and definitely had to modify it. My finishing weight is 258 so not too bad I think. Definitely could have been better but being called back to work I wasn't as consistent as I should have been and like I said the first two weeks I only did it 3 times a week it really is a tough workout for some out of shape but my arms are definitely stronger and it was a little easier ( still not easy) by the end of it.
