Wow, loved this! Makes me feel like my lack of knowing much music theory shouldn't stop me from making good music. I stop and get unmotivated when I see complex theory stuff from the top guys but in the end like he said, at the end of the day, it's all about making good music (no matter how you did it).
Listen you can read all the manuals on all the programs you use- you can read all the music theory you want BUT if you can’t feel what you’re doing just stop. It’s the feeling before the “know how” theory what theory? You can do it! Swing away.
Marco Polo has been a favorite producer of mine for a long time, he's evidence that anything can be done if you have the passion and drive to achieve it.
I really enjoyed this! This dude is just so real "I don't know none of that shit" hahaha I really needed to here that, this just changed my view a bit... Just make music.
