Thanks to you and James for sharing your travels with us! So good for the soul, I love a little armchair traveling. Fresh air, exercise, and the sea is so lovely. Never under estimate the calming effects of Mother Nature! Thank you for contributing to my joy this morning.

I know you hear this ALL the time bc - America-... but, especially here in Texas, we are so obsessed with forward progress that we retain very little history. And, obviously, our country is so much younger than yours. I love that you always include so much history and lore in your vlogs. Thanks so much for taking us all out!

So glad that you got the chance to escape and recharge your spirit. It was somewhat surreal to see so many people out and about especially without face masks. Every bit of film and each minute of your voice enriches the lives of those of us still sheltering in place. Although it wasn't easy knitting the lace panel while watching. Take care.

we;;, this is very odd, but I was awakened by a voice whispering the word 'Ardmore' very loudly in my ear this morning at 4 am, I had no idea what it meant (and next I am seeking etymological references, ) but I just tapped you tube first as I suspected it might be a location. And here you are with your fun and lovely video. Very nice, and thank you.

Oh! That was fabulously beautiful and well done 👍! I’m from Québec with Irish ☘️ roots, on both sides of family ; Quinn & McCarthy ! Many Irish people moved here in early 20 th century as you and James surely know . I have never been to Ireland YET ....But hopefully will in a few years from this bizarre era where in ! Thanks a lot for making me travelling already ! Thanks to James too for the interesting historical bits....🙋‍♀️👏

You should have climbed under Declan's stone. It's supposed to be a cure for back injuries! The well water too. The Ogham Stone was probably relocated to the church from wherever it was found for safe keeping. There were a lot found in fields where I grew up and they are kept in the local town's library. There are some in UCC as well. I think it was felt if they were left in the fields they'd be lost. As long as the original context of the stone is known I suppose it's ok.

I REALLY enjoyed this, thanks so much for taking us along! I hope to visit my ancestral lands someday, especially Ireland. Question: You're vegetarian, right? Are there plenty of options for vegetarians at most restaurants in Ireland? Asking for me.
