I moved to the PNW from Florida 15 years ago. The fear of alligators never goes away for any body of water. And the trees / mountains never get old. I ride all the time and say to myself “just look at those trees”.
I won't see 87° during a sunny day until October or November. It was 95 at 6:30 this morning. High of 106 😅 🇨🇱 got to love the lone star state. 😂

I could relate when you began waxing poetic about your new found love of one lane bridges, just to suddenly reverse course & be cursing the idea of a one lane bridge because you had to wait your turn. My English grandparents (nan & grandad) retired in Tillamook, OR. I've spent a lot of time in those areas. Awesome. Enjoy. You should go smell the cow S$%t and take a tour of the cheese factory. Don't forget maybe the best ice cream know to mankind and the Tillamook smoker.... jerky to die for.
I live in Iowa and love Tillamook products. Finally seeing stores around here carrying the cheese and ice cream. I order the jerky online. Best damn product out there in my opinion.

I adore Oregon. I grew up on the “left coast” and have a lot of family there. Traveled those roads many-a-times. I’d move there if my career was not currently in Texas.
Go to a truckstop and look for one of the DEF containers in like the trash the nozzle unscrew on that, and it screws onto the fuel can, and you have a classic spout
i live down the road from where you're currently staying. im on the MU end and you're on the PE end. i drive that tampa traffic at 5p for work. i work overnight so i go against the line and i still get nailed by it. that lil road to the beach actually reminds me of the 60 going from brandon to the turnpike.
Y'all should definitely check out North Arkansas. Some of the best motorcycling roads West of the Mississippi.

I had a v30 Magna a few years back. Bought as a second bike it with the intentions of turning it into a scrambler or a bobber, but ended up just cleaning it up a bit and flipping it, which I still regret to this day. My second favorite bike outta the 8 I've owned so far.

Here in the PNW, the road doesn't end just because the pavement does... The road only ends when you run into the No Trespassing signs, or the old dude with a shotgun, lol...
I was run off an unmarked private dirt road, about 100 yards from the Canadian border, by a small herd of livestock guardian dogs just last week. My poor Valkyrie has a lot of miles down random unpaved roads, but I never turn around until someone makes me.

Check out the Vernonia-Scappose highway loop, and make sure to take a run up to larch mountain (OR side).

If that RV park is where I think it is, that's not far from where I live. Years ago used to work graveyard shift at a truck stop on the other side of the freeway from that place. The place I worked at isn't there anymore. There's a Flying J truck stop in its place now.

You can buy inflatable kayaks my buddy hikes into lakes with his pulls it out of his back pack blows it up with a small inflator and uses a telescopic paddle when hes done he deflates and rolls it up and away he goes

Those Suzuki sidekicks are amazing. I went through at least 2 of those modules, back in 2004-5 ish when mine went bad the second time it was 300$ for the "rebuilt" one and 800 for the new one and I bought the thing for 1k so it didn't make much sense, so I sold the thing and I really wish I hadn't. I put good snow tires on that thing and it was so light with such a short wheel base I would go places and my buddies would try to follow me in their jacked up trucks and get stuck all the time. That was a fun little car, I had the "geo tracker" version, but essentially the same thing little 1.8 L Mitsubishi engine. Maybe its a 1.6 I don't remember.
1.6 Suzuki G-series motor. They’re all fun but if you find the later 16-valve one (G16B) you can actually make it rip too.
You keep popping up to Portland and I keep meaning to come to one of your group rides and just haven't been able to make it.
Then I'm watching your video and about the time Chey is on the Magna and passing you, you're all passing close enough to my house I could have heard you ride by if I'd known. Hey shade tree since you're in the Pacific Northwest stay away from Seattle Portland's bad enough if you want to experience Washington state if you do come here go to Eastern Washington to ride swim fish some local bars can be good. If you want to see something really cool and spectacular go to the coast by forks Washington and maybe head towards Bellingham where I'm at the Canadian border. Good food and beautiful place and people.

suzuki makes great motorcycles and are known for it. They make fun cars that do not work well without constant maintenance until they just fall apart.
