Imagine: you have the most OP ability imaginable, but the side effects keep you from actually taking advantage of it
If only there was a way to strengthen his throat and vocal chord from taking damage into some words he can't use that'll kill him or put him out of battle. All the while that is a very unique ability and one I never heard of, pretty interesting Jujutsu Kaisen, pretty interesting.

He was using it a lot against a special grade curse so that’s why his throat was reaching its limits. If it was grades 3 4 he wouldn’t have a problem, he would just need throat medicine afterwards
