Not really it only fitted with the new generation era WWE had to change it up eventually especially during the Attitude Era I mean a theme song like this wouldn't have fitted with the mood of The Attitude Era when I think of that era I think of more like hard rock and nu metal nothing against this theme song it's awesome but when you think about the direction WWE would head-on into later on during the late 90s it just wouldn't have fit with that era

This theme reminds me of the old illegal pay per view boxes that had a chip installed inside them and the person who installed the chip was your dads friend and charged people $100. That chip saved my dad $20,000.
i had a uncle who did this. then my father got a satelite dish and he had a card you could insert but only when you plan to watch something then had to remove it. our card went bad and we went to have a new one made....and this was on september 11, 2001. we drove through the highway back home and theres 0 cars in the streets, no planes in the sky...it was just us. we rode by the civic center and there was a god bless america sign, the first time i had seen that line since the attacks.

Was a great match, but I would have to say there was one match that just topped it....Bret Hart vs. Owen Hart, the best opening match at any Wrestle Mania to date. One of the best technical wrestling matches of all time. Yes, this is Linda McMahon's theme song besides WrestleMania X. When I first heard it, I thought it was stupid compared to the old WrestleMania theme, but it grew on me over time. When I hear the 2 themes, nothing comes to mind more than WrestleMania, the showcase of the Immortals.
