    To be honest, ... I started this practice feeling a lot of anxiety, i intentionally felt the fear in all of my cells during this practice.... it is the state my body is in... at this moment my body does not feel healthy, happy, peaceful or free... this is how it is..

    I have been listening to your yoga nidra meditations for months now and just a few says ago i realised you are saying sankalpa, like i am indian so i know that word but i would hear you say it and think okay i will understand the meaning or it must be a Sanskrit word i have never heard before, i laughed so hard at my stupidity, but still do tell why we take a sankalpa during yoga nidra.       With Ocean Waves it can be ever so important to have good headphones, but still depending on each person's unique hearing, it will not work for everyone. But there will be a voice only version of this! 🙏
