Greenwich Village-Chelsea Chamber of Commerce (GVCCC) is one of the oldest chambers of commerce in NYC serving not only Greenwich village but also Chelsea, SoHo, NoHo, Union Square, Flatiron, as well as the East and West Villages.

Seeing who is lying without fear of consequence is an exhausting act [gang] leaders; adapt to not addressing, yet still do. At times, older members, display gratitude to a leader by lying for years. Countering rival gang ploys or police intervention. 🧒🏻👍🏼
