Hi everyone! Today I’m so excited to show you how to make this perfectly romantic yet perfectly easy Briar tiered ruffle maxi skirt :)

Here are the materials you’ll need:
- 2.1-2.9 m (2 1/3-3 1/4 yds) woven fabric
- 0.7-1.2 m (3/4-1 1/3 yds) elastic 5 mm (1/4”) wide
- 0.65-1 m (3/4-1 1/8 yds) lining fabric *optional
- strip of interfacing for reinforcement
- one-sided zipper machine foot
- Marking tool
- Matching thread
- Glasshead pins
- Scissors
- Measurement tape
