@@RS-pn9wu not agreeing to the other comment, but an 18 year old shouldn't expect good skin weather your active or not. Your adolescent changes will cause them clogged poor pores. I'm sure working out causes a build up of sweat and bacteria that messes the skin
@@RS-pn9wu sweat makes dirt stick to your skin though and that's what clogs the pores, and touching the workout machines and rubbing your face makes your face all nice and dirty

(As an aside, I think the most tingly part for me was rubbing the styrofoam cup; with your help, I think your friend already has a good sense of what makes for compelling ASMR to watch/ listen to.)

This was amazing and so tingly! Some really great sounds! Loved the slow liquid shaking, slow clicking and slow cap sounds! You could really see your friend looking to you for guidance and then picking it up and making it his own. It was really nice and relaxing to watch! Keep up the amazing work ❤️
