i kind of disagree with Sabine being faster than Crex; if the team is supercharged with tenacity, how will the staggers land? if Crex goes first, it guarantees that the staggers will land. Crex should be faster imo 💪

What does speed do does it make you go first in the battle?
Yes. It determines how quickly you take turns. That's why GLs with 540 or so speed will go twice before a lot of characters go once.
