- Hey lovelies, In today's video I am trying something new. Crackle Paste by Elichem. Crackle Paste is a two part system. Part A is your base layer. Part B is the Crackle Paste.
Crackle Paste is a WET ON WET system. All parts of the process must happen straight after one another. Including the final spray coat.
Crackle Paste can also be finished off with a layer of Acrylic Paint gently brushed on or applied with a sponge.
Crackle Paste is definitely fun ! one of the most fun new mediums I have trid in a while. What colour would you use?

Definitely ORANGES, REDS and YELLOWS covered in BLACKS and DARK BROWNS. Then an inch of resin over it for an out of this world occasional table👍😷👍🏴

Claire, you sound so happy 😁. That process is new to me, I love 💕 the outcome. Just think if you did multiple colours underneath. You know I would pick green and pink or silver.

Gorgeous! When ypu zoomed out, I could see the effect in full! This is something I can see doing at home, I wouldn't need moulds, resin, jesmonite etc. I have gloves haha. Love it!

That looks like a lot of fun Claire. The vulcano idea is great . I was thinking it would be great for pathways in dioramas or undersea landscapes. could you pour resin over it??

This is amazing. I'd use a pearly colour on the base and turquoise on the crackle paste. I'm tempted to do some oyster shells with this to see what a small project would look like.
Also, do you think you could use glitter in the base??

You should use a moveable cake stand, the ones you use to decorate cakes, with frosting etc. around them

Hi Clair I'm in love with this spray the board with gold the top with black and turn it into a clock artist use this on geode and looks fantastic and also make it look like rocks on beaches or volcanic it's a brilliant medium so versatile Sue finley does some wonderful pieces using crackle paste and Laura from Laura's art Corner loves this medium great video and HAPPY BIRTHDAY have the best day fantastic video thank you for sharing ❤

That's really cool. I used to do crackle a bit. Do you think you would be able to make a barrier around that & resin over it to make it a table top? I don't know if you can resin over that stuff. If so, I think that would be gorgeous. Thanks for showing! Happy Crafting!!!!
