Thank you! Your video has been very helpful for me to help instruct my 6yo son with his kicking. Most instructional videos I/we have watched don't explain where on the foot you are aiming to hit or as much detail around the hold and tilt of the ball. He is practicing the ball drop drill and is starting to get the back spin more often. The best part is he is enjoying it more because he can see his own improvement.

How do you break bad kicking technique? iâm trying to teach myself how to kick better but iâm finding it very difficult to teach myself and ignore muscle memory
It takes time but keep at it! check out my Comprehensive Kicking Guide - it will help breakdown each part of the technique for you with drills to improve each area.
