In this video, I will show you how to use a Kobalt Multi-Meter. How to check Alternating Current, and Direct Current voltages. How to check resistance, ohms, and amps. I even show you how the flashlight works.
Thanks for watching please like, subscribe and share.
Thanks You just blew through about a week or two of intro to electro Sir without the techno babble I sure appreciate it and as always Peace
Ty man supper helpful
Thanx a Lot for You Time of Explaining!
No problem. Thank you for watching!
Great video!! Needed this for my job today lol
Thank you. Glad I could help!
Well done
I almost bought a fluke but this kobalt looks good and just ordered one.
I have several of these for a few of my technicians. It's pretty simple to use and has the clamp on function. For the price it is an excellent multimeter 👍
Which emblem do I put it on to make that beeping sound when you touch the terminals together cuz mine don't
Can check capacitors for a/c units?
It can. You go to the resistance setting and hit mode to get to Micro farad setting and hold it to your capacitor and see what reading your getting.
Show me which one does the beeping sound on the multimeter on the blue one that you got
Once you go to the diode testing you hit the mode button twice and it should show a sound emblem on your screen. Then try. :)
Check 5:04 in the video I start talking about ohms, resistance, and continuity. Continuity is the one that makes the beeping noise. Let me know if you still need help! Hope you get it!
This video is sponsored by Lowes Home Improvement. LOL. I love all my Kolbolt tools. I know they're not professional but neither am I. I just wish I'd noticed that clamp meter was AC only when I bought it.
I wish it was sponsored. Haha
And I've been very impressed by my kobalt tools. I've always thought of them as a middle of the line tool 👍
@@dakotbeastj If you treat them right they are great. Why do I like them most......cuz they are blue. lol
@@charlieeverhart6646 yes. The blue is nice
I'm not too picky though, I'm with ya, if you treat them right they work.
Your music on the front of this video almost blown up my speakers. please fix.
Solid feedback. Thanks
