To wrap up the series, do an “Everybody vs Lucas” video where you all can collectively think about (hits, K’s, HR, etc.) to make the best roster at every position, while Lucas does it by himself. Lucas gets first pick, and can decide whether you do divisions, leagues or all. Has to be 1 player in 1 season though (like this video’s format).

Old cardinals could have dominated in this. 01 Vina with 191, 03 Renteria 194, 05 Eckstein 185, 10 Holliday 186, and the Carp pick at the end.
My biggest complaint this whole series is not enough early 2000s guys cuz batting average was still important and they didn’t walk. Juan Pierre, Freddy Sanchez, even Jack Wilson hit .300 one year

I’ve had this idea for a while and I think it would be funny: reverse draft. Select players with the FEWEST home runs/hits/strikeouts/etc.

I totally forgot about how smart of a baseball mind Lucas devarsa was until I started watching these videos
If you want to keep these going you can add in a randomizer for every round to swap divisions, decades, or even draft order. This way no one has ideas on when to draft which position, maybe they save someone big and pray their division pops up. Also we don't get stuck in the quagmire of the Central divisions lol - unless the randomizer gods deem it necessary of course.

IDEAS: Saves draft, Walks draft, HBP draft, ERA draft (lowest average out of 10 pitchers picked per player), etc….. there’s a TON of good ideas that u can do stemming from this format

You should give out an extra award to whomever has the total most after all the drafts in a certain category are done. Makes picking strong in a blowout more appealing too

I had Jack Wilson and Juan Pierre on my mind as possible guys who’d get picked. Would’ve nailed that Lucroy year cause in 2014 he was a doubles machine and that season was unforgettable as a Brewers fan.

Before even watching, my first reaction was '06 Juan Pierre. Doubt anyone remembers him as a Cub as that was his only Cub year. My next reaction was I believe 2012 Starlin Castro. Only good player on some bad Cubs teams
